I understand. I have Fibromyalgia and arthritis. Since I started moving It does not always feel better but I always feel better mentally that I am doing something. I have the pain whether I work out or not so I figure I might as well push through it. Good luck on your journey. Please feel free to add me as a friend and I…

Doing this helps me a lot too. As does putting the crap that I want to eat in my journal prior to actually eating it. Then I kind of have to face what I am about to do to myself. Easier said then done though. Good luck.

I hope so too. Such an amazing story.

I am wondering this as well. I am doing low carb LOVE it however, my weight loss is stalled and I am wondering if I need to go lower. I do strength training 3 times a week and cardio 5 times. I average 25-30 net carbs a day. Mostly from veggies and average 1400 calories a day.

I am having a bit of a stand off with the scale myself. How long have you been stalled? Have you hit a plateau before? Are you eating enough? Could it be stress? I have looked back at past logs to see if I could see the difference. I spot a couple of things that could be problematic but not horrible. Hang in there and have…

Being on a low-carb diet has helped me a lot, but it is only under control. It is still always there...the thinking about it, you know? Good luck to you.

HI there. I have the same problem. I love to cook. It is my therapy but it has also what has gotten me here. My metabolism gets in gear for about 10 lbs and then stops. FOR WEEKS! Then I give up. It is ridiculous! This time I have not given up and am determined not too. Eating low carb and working out is helping me stick…

Great job on all of your hard work!

I would love to be a part of this. I have lost 12 lbs and have about 90 lbs to go. I am eating fairly low carb and 1200 to 1400 calories a day. Lots of veggies and lean protein. I am strength training 3 - 4 times a week and doing cardio about 5 times a week. We will all conquer this!

It did not do ANYTHING for me. Neither did the other supplements. I figured it was worth a shot (money back guarantee) and signed up so if it did work I could sell it and could get a better price. I started it for Fibromyalgia but was hoping for weight loss too. Well after trying it and getting no results for either the…

I tell myself everyday.."I can do this for today" and when I start getting frustrated with how slow it is going and thinking that it will take to long, I remind myself that a day, a week, a year, 10 years, will come and go regardless. And when it does, I may as well be closer to my goals. Good luck and yell out when you…

Count me in! I am a single mother of 3 and working to lose 80 pounds! Yikes! How did that happen? I have always thought I was fat. Now I see that when I was fit and 145 I was NOT FAT. But I guess it is the self fulfilling prophecy. So now I am a fit, athlete who eats healthy food and am working towards a goal!
