Hi there, How did the 30 day shred go for you? Yesterday was my day 1 & today I'm dreading my date with her because I'm sore LOL!! Let me know if you got results from it. I am dieting right now (5 days in) so I thought her shred DVD might work for me... Thanks, Amy
