Too much sugar in those meal replacement drinks. Although, Special K makes those awesome cracker chips. If you would rather have something in the morning that is on the go/drinkable, make a fruit smoothie.

This is exactly why I cut yogurt out of my diet. I love it, but the sugar is way too high.

I drink vodka with sugar free Red Bull. There's about 69 calories in an ounce of vodka, and depending on how much sugar free Red Bull you use...anywhere from 10-20 calories.

Sometimes I'll drink a glass of wine while I cook dinner. It's a nice way to unwind from work and still keep me plenty hungry for dinner. :smile:

MFP needs to add a "like" feature to their message boards, lol. Especially now that it's getting warmer out, drinking a bottle of water and taking the dog for a long walk would be a better solution. Thanks for the suggestions and support! Just one more reason as to why I should stick with MFP. :smile:
