i'm a member and love it. the way i see it is that all of the information, that i could easily waste days looking for, is in one place. i like the program itself and it outlines in easy terms, what i need to do to maintain my weight...it's a more comprehensive site that myfitnesspal, but there are a lot of similarities.

i actually had a reduction after being a college athlete, it was the best decision of my life. when i gain weight now i still gain some in a boobs and when i lose weight i lose some from there as well...but overall weight reduction wouldn't ever truly reduce the size of my boobs...good luck...maybe your insurance will…

get the book, "eat this, not that." it lists a ton of fast food restaurants and the nutritional value of their products. i work in sales and am on the road a lot, so i emphathize with you!
