Protein Powder

I would like some help when it comes to Protein Powder. Somtimes my job gets a little crazy so I do not get time to eat right. My brother recommended to me to use Whey Protein powder. I want to loose weight but tone at the same time. Right now my exercise consists of a hybrid calendar of Insanity and Rockin' Body. I am also walking around a lot at work, rearranging storage closets at times, and I do it all in heels  . Sometimes I am running around if there is an emergency. I am the Concierge at a nursing home. Now I have been drinking on occasion the GNC Whey Protein but that **** is expensive!! Is there anything better out there for me?

Thanks!

Optimum Nutrition. Either the gold standard whey or pro complex.

The initial cost of good powders can seem high but if you divide the cost out per serving, it's pretty darn cheap. GNC is the most expensive place I have ever seen on supplements. You can get better selection for much less cost through bodybuilding.com or supplement warehouse.com.

As far as products go determine what you need or want before buying... ie: a straight protein powder or an actual meal replacement.

I second this! I have cycled through many protein powders, and settled on ON Gold Standard whey. I use there casein as well if I am bodybuilding (haven't done that in a few years… I am a fat a** right now, so no night shakes!)
