I am truly impressed, you can even see that your forearms are more slender! Thanks for the inspiring pictures, I'm so happy for you. Post another in 3 months!

Eggs, butter, meat (steak, ground beef, chicken on sale, salmon, ahi tuna and canned tuna in olive oil, kippers), fresh kale, frozen spinach and broccoli and coconut oil if low although I'm going to use the rest of the heavy whipping cream and maybe try kerrygold butter to save money. I also keep almond butter handy.…

Speaking as someone who freaked out a bit the first time I did lclf last July, just keep going. It gets better and your poops will be better quality. Just saying I've been there. I was bloating last week, my first week back on after two months off (its a long story) but I started walking 30 minutes a day and cooking my…

I feel you, had a rough day with the husband yesterday myself as his drinking to excess every weekend makes me want to go off the rails. Just keep in mind your health and goals are your own and it's not always going to be easy but it is always worth it. Go for a walk to clear your head and if he is in fact avoiding you…

Better now than later because as you age your skin becomes less resilent. Take advantage of your youth. Also, wear sunscreen.

Ok, thanks. That makes sense.

Maybe I'm not cooking them long enough. I'll try that. Thanks for your input, I appreciate it.

M_puppy, I do relate to your post, last time I was down to my lowest weight in 15 years (135) I spent so much time obsessing about my loose skin and turkey neck, I probably spent over 800$ on creams and dermatologist. At least I know what to expect this time but I sure used it as an excuse to go off my journey for 3 months…

You should check out paleo recipes, no dairy. I went 4 months without dairy but I'm now allowing Greek yogurt and heavy whipping cream. I've noticed a bit of bloating as you say though. May drop it again next month.

I read this post earlier this week and saved it. I read it everyday. Hope it helps you too. Lost Your Motivation? My Standard Answer. Actually, you don’t need inspiration or motivation. You think you’ve “lost your motivation”. I assure you, you have not. Do you still want to be smaller, tighter, more defined and even…

Oops, https://www.pinterest.com/alpalex/no-carb-recipes/ Although I'm seeing some vegtables in those recipes too. I'd be eating a lot of bacon wrapped chicken thighs but even so they're better with jalapenos.

The bullet proof coffee is just coffee and a tablespoon coconut oil in a blender like a magic-bullet or nitru-bullet which cost about 50$ but you could also use an immersion blender or regular blender, its just easier to clean the little ones. If you Google it you will see there are many different recipes, some add butter,…

I think you're off to a great start. My advice is to keep it simple, cut the whites, ie. sugar, bread, pasta, milk and eat more healthy fats. If you read the intro-beginners guide above it really is easy to understand. You can tweak your macros as you go once you figure out how many carbs your body needs. As I am…

When I saw the cholesterol news bit I told my husband this is addressed in paleo, glad to see the media taking notice but guess what, the CICO and low-fat SADieters will fight it tooth and nail.

I think the neg 320 is most likely the calories you have burned. I just started using the same device, love it.

I'm from Texas but not in your area, good luck though.

Go to mfp main page under apps find your device and hit connect.

@ Akim, I wonder how you turned your life around as you are really an inspiration to me. It's almost like people started saying how great I was looking and I self-imploded? I am mad at myself for drinking and letting it throw my eating plan off, one bottle of wine equaled 600 calories and a ton of headaches, guess I have a…

I have not logged for the past four or more days but my problem is alcohol (beer) apparently and now there's so much candy in the house. My daughter is visiting from England this Christmas and I really wanted to be thin and just healthy so she doesn't worry about me and now I'm feeling like a bloated blob. Paleo eating…

Well this made me laugh, someone should do this on a paleo thread, lolz

So we're flagging comments but if you're flagging just to be a stalking troll then there's also moderators watching out for that whiz. I don't see how this can go wrong. Also, where do I sign up.

I'd pre plan it and then be done, a tablespoon of almond butter coated in ground flax seed knocks my munchies out but you have to already have the calories assigned. If not then I suggest a nice cup o tea.

Is it just me or is the new format a bit embarrassment when someone walks by and it looks like you are on some dating site. Also I so over hitting the "recent" tab and and all it is" would you kiss hit or spin the person..." - not liking it, nope.

I'd like to add that I've lost 30lbs on paleo in 78 days if that helps motivate anyone; although it wasn't my primary goal but being 140 sure feels better than I did before. SAD made life sad, so happy now.
