If you are going to use a treadmill and no heart rate monitor..be sure to put in your weight when it asks. As you are smaller..it will calculate it higher as it assumes the weight of an average person..and thus the cals would be higher. Hi everyone...will talk more later or in the am!:bigsmile: Casey

I too use a heart rate monitor...depending on how athletic you are is how nice of one you can get if you don't already. I am a runner and thinking of investing in a Garmin! I do Beachbody's Shakeology..they have chocolate flavor and also greenberry.
