No need to capitalize a word, I can read and comprehend just fine. The pig in the original picture looked like a potbelly pig to me and forgive my ignorance as I was not aware that main stream markets carried bacon from anything other than our regular domestic pigs. Now apparently I have learned otherwise

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until a thermometer registers 165 (http://www.chowhound.com/recipes/mini-turkey-meat-loaves-31513)

Bacon doesn't come from these pigs, that is a potbelly pig and they (as far as I know) are pet pigs and not butchering pigs

Why not? I expect and accept honesty everywhere in my relationship. If I ask a question I'll expect an honest answer and that's what I get from my spouse.

Since you didn't weigh it before hand you are going to have to assume that the 226 grams is correct and that it's 310 calories for the total package, that equals approximately 1.37 calories per gram. So now you have to weigh what's left and multiply it by 1.37 and that will be your calories.

I just recently ate the best radishes ever and I would have never thought to cook them. Quarter the radishes and fry in oil for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally (Olive, Coconut, or Avocado are the healthiest). If you have never had radishes made like this then you are in for a treat. Takes the bitterness away.
