I have never stuck with any of these as a weight loss source but have played the games before...and they can be an awesome cardio boost.

All depends on your fitness level. There's the Jillian Michael DVD's which I'm currently doing. They're a great way to start. The best way to do her DVD's is do a day or two, then rest since her workouts are repetitive and you'll end up injuring yourself starting out working the same muscle groups over & over each day.…

My fiance and I start Level 2 tomorrow, it's our 10th day today with Level 1. I'll keep posted & ride out the rest of the challenge with you guys! We have started & quit this DVD four times now, but this time we're actually sticking to it. Our cardio has improved, my weights are going up and we're kicking this DVD in the…

Always good policy. I found out two shrimp tacos had almost 800 calories in it with rice & beans, so I only ate half, then half the next day for lunch. Also I will always ask for lunch sized portions, it's about half the food & you don't have to worry about over-eating or over tracking calories.

Right on! You're about my starting weight (I started at 270, 5'10'' tall, size 36 waist and XXL shirts). Hoping to achieve the same results, I've been on MFP for about a month or so now. Great results & inspiration!

The beach can be one of the BEST places to workout. Especially early morning runs / walks on the beach, can't beat the breeze or the views. I live 45 minutes from Daytona so I usually go to the beach quite often during the summer time. Last Spring Break my buddies & I walked from Daytona Beach into Ormond Beach... Almost…

My buddy who powerlifts spends 7 to 8 hours in the gym multiple days out of the week. As long as you're not killing yourself (literally injuring or going so hard that you hurt something) then working out 2 or 3 or 4 times a day isn't going to hurt you.

I like it plain, add cinnamon & fruit. Then instead of eating it with a spoon I'll scoop it onto a piece of toast, until my toast runs out :'[.

For your height and weight try eating 1,200 to 1,500 a day of healthy foods. If you don't think you can stomach that, think again. You can eat 5 to 7 small meals / snacks a day. Maybe in between class or study groups. Even if you can not workout for an hour a day there are great 10-20 minute cardio / strength workouts…

My brother has lost 60 pounds on the Paleo diet!

Everyone else pretty much said it. Buy alternative brands (don't pay for a brand name) and plan your meals by price! That way you know exactly how much you're spending and not spending a penny more. Also try to shop deals, coupons, buy one get one's and free is never a bad thing if you can find it.

I workout with my friend Roman who is a fitness / exercise nut, his girlfriend is in school for nutrition so I am kind of lucky. When we workout we push & motivate each other.

Try drinking a protein shake afterwards (I make mine with milk, it's more of a milkshake that way). Those usually fill me up. Unfortunately I am usually not hungry after working out :/.

Energy! Now I'm shrinking in (losing inches & fat) off my torso. I'm shrinking in sideways around midwaist / chest / neck area. :DDDD

I stick with the custom cals, I do allow myself more protein than they suggest, about a 1g of protein to 1lb of body fat. In all honesty just eat healthy, try to eat around the calories MFP suggests, have cheat days, hit the gym as much as possible and get enough sleep. Dedication & commitment will get us there!
