Grapefruit - Raw, natural sugars, full of vitamins, good carbohydrates & fiber. Grapefruit Juice - Usually processed, full of synthetic & formulated sugar, low nutritional profile, no fiber or anything great for you really. Stick with the raw fruit unless you use a juicer at home to juice the fruit.

Every hour or two I take 5 laps around the parking lot (equals out to be .25 of a mile). If I do it 3-4 times a day that's a mile just at work not including any extra walking I do throughout the day (walking to the wide format printers, cutting laminate, putting together signage, etc). Speaking of which, time to walk!

P90X3 is a nice routine. I'll be done with their program in 12 days. I've lost about 16.5 pounds so far with it. Nothing beats a StrongLifts 5x5 workout though. I love the feeling of squatting, benching & deadlifting.

Water weight. If you weigh daily record each weigh in and find the average of those 7 weigh ins. That's more of a real weight than what the scale reads day to day. Also, patience is a virtue.
