I agree. When you super low calories like that for a long time it can mess with your hormones & mentally is an exhausting way to live.

I work in an advertising agency. I have two amazing bosses that completely care less about my tattoos or piercings. I have two face dermals They look like this: (Two on the right side, on the side of my face). I also have 7 tattoos that can be visibly seen & shown when I do not wear long sleeves or pants. To me it's up to…

It's nice to see how different everyone is with weighing / measuring / tracking!

Eat when you want. Your body doesn't know what breakfast, lunch or dinner is, it uses food for energy and that's it. Now it does know when it wants or needs food for energy and if that is a strong urge in the morning then feed it, if not, don't worry about not eating in the "normal" breakfast hours. Weight loss is purely…

Are you walking on a treadmill or out & about? Just wondering because I saw where you had logged walking at 4mph for 30 minutes. I train on a treadmill that goes by the MPH (1-10) and 4mph is a slow jog for me. Just wondering! It's really easy when starting off to trust the MFP exercise settings and you can be over…

After any strenuous exercise that taxes out your muscles your body will hold on to extra water. http://www.muscleforlife.com/water-retention-and-weight-loss/ Read ^

You're going to get a LOT of different brands and variations. The three best brands in my opinion: ON Gold Standard Whey - You can buy it as small as 1lb containers (about 8-10 shakes) • http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html BSN Syntha-6 - My current protein, love it. Good stuff in it. I feel as if it works it's…

I actually shopped this weekend at different stores than the ones I normally would buy from because I knew their clothes fit and the others didn't. Beyond excited.

I eat really well Mon-Fri. On Fri / Saturday / Sunday I eat a little bit less restrictive. Usually breakfast & lunch are my normal lunches but for dinner I'll have a few more calories or a scoop or two of ice cream. A treat. Been losing since January 1st doing it this way.

I used to do Zumba with my wife on the Wii. Trust me I'm beyond uncoordinated but after two weeks of doing it I started to get the steps down and it turned from "Oh wow I can't do that this **** SUCKS!" to "Hey check me swinging my man hips around!" Just remember practice makes perfect and your body will adjust to whatever…

I recently started a Couch to 5k trainer via my iPhone (found a $3 app & bought it). I never thought I would enjoy running at all. I even prefer the treadmill to outside running but I still enjoy running outside. I'm very strongly considering signing up for the Super Hero 5k in Jacksonville, FL this year. Also I have…

If you're really concerned about it and the scale take a few weeks off from weighing. Sometimes it helps me at least to have that mental break from weighing in. It helps me focus more on my food & doing good for myself without worrying about a number. Try it then weigh again in 3 weeks and trust me you'll see a loss by…

4oz Filet Mignon 4oz Baked Sweet Potato 1/2 Cup of Zucchini, Onion & Squash A slice of birthday cake & a tiny scoop of ice cream for my wife's birthday. I saved the calories just for her :]

You are doing amazing. Keep going.

Right on! I'm currently doing the Couch to 5k. I have a 13 minute per mile pace (pretty good considering I'm 253lbs). I'm sure that would change come around mile two and especially mile three but I'm going faster & going longer every day I train. Good job man!

Height shouldn't change your exercise regimen. Everyone here does what they like. Just make sure you're getting cardio & weight lifting activity in for the best results.

I know the feeling!!!!! Wednesdays are my weigh in days and the amount of nervousness that comes with weighing in is ridiculous. It's always a nice sigh of when you see a "-" reading and not a "+" reading...even though the scale is a devious liar.

Of course I have a "cheat" meal...but mainly I just make sure everything fits my numbers :) Usually once a week I go over my calorie limit and don't really pay mind to it. Congrats on your weight loss.

Could have been your body craving the caffeine... Chocolate contains it. Sodas contain it. A lot of different things contain caffeine. I still consume caffeine just without sugar like my pre-workout powder & fat burner.

Have you looked into Focus T25? It's a decent program through BeachBody which people have had massive success with http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/focus-t25-workout.do On the flip side it's expensive but if you're a bit computer savvy you can download it via ThePirateBay...it's how I've gotten a lot of my…

@IronSmasher, I edited it out, thanks for the heads up bud.

Wanna know something cool? I did the same thing just with real foods & hard work. Enjoy feeding your bank account to the mouths of the rich who could care less about their customers.

Your co-worker is a dingus and probably has no idea how weight loss works on a scientific level. You should not heavily train the same muscles consecutively (there are exceptions to the rule). i.e. You should not deadlift heavy two days in a row, you need time for microtears in your muscles to repair. Eat whatever you want…

You should send me their personal Facebook/Twitter/Instagrams & phone numbers. I swear they would regret ever making fun of you after a few days of phone spam & social media torture. If it were me I would stand up, assert myself, tell them to stop...if they continue whip dat'*kitten*.

I work an 8:30-4:30 desk job as a full time Graphic Designer at an advertising agency. I do get a bit of movement throughout my day when I run the wide format printer and have to cut, fabricate and organize sign runs...but I do agree it's EASY AS HELL to make excuses not to do something. Can't workout in the evening? Wake…

As long as you're drinking enough water (I assume that is free at McDonalds for you) then you should be fine if you go over your sodium intake every now and again. Also the internet is your friend http://www.helpguide.org/life/cooking_for_one_fast_easy_healthy.htm…

You will get so many different opinions, "facts", views, inputs, etc on this board....not even worth the argument
