I track everything that goes into my mouth... Multivitamins, fat burner, pre-workout, sodas, pickles, mustard...etc It's good to see the spectrum of things outside of calories like sodium, sugar, vitamins, etc.

Resting will not make you lose all of your progress. I wouldn't slow down but maybe find a good workout split, try finding a 4 or 5 day split from BodyBuilding.com. On the subject of Gatorade....yes & no Gatorade technically is better than soda but you really don't need to drink sports beverages unless you're working out or doing strenuous activity losing lots of sweat & electrolytes... I just log workouts...now if I help someone move or do some other strenuous activity for an hour or more I maybe budget an extra 100 calories or so for that day.

Yay another P90X3'r! I've lost (visibly) a LOT of inches. I have pictures too but I'm waiting to finish the program to post them, yet I've only lost about 12 pounds on the scale (which I could care less about). Great results, keep us posted as shall I!

I really want to start competing in lifting competitions. My goal is to get my weight down and start packing on muscle so I can fit into a good weight class/range & compete. Also for all the health benefits that comes along with a good healthy weight!
