I just deny it. 95% of the time my foods already pre-planned and punched into MFP with minor changes that I can make via iPhone. I have planned cheats & treats so I don't lose my sanity even though one doughnut will not necessarily kill me I'd just rather have it on a day I want it rather than skipping it at a later date…

No. I do not have a specific cutoff time to stop eating. In general though my last meal + snack is around 7:30 and I am generally very full because I like eating bigger dinners so it lasts me about 12-13 hours overnight until I eat breakfast.

I have 4 level 90's and my main is 561 iLvL (with all 3 of my alts being 530 iLvL)... None of that has helped me but it is a nice brag :) Haha. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/duskwood/Bradakai/

This is 100% correct. They are on the pricey side (about $1.80 per bar) but they are HEAVEN. When it says they taste like the flavor on the package...trust me...they do...they're addictive...if you put them in the microwave for 15 seconds you will have an instant desert. They are around 20g of protein, 1-3g of carbs and…

This is definitely something to consider especially because of the style of the workouts. Sometimes my heart rate will drop down to the 120's then 15 seconds later it's at 150+ again for 15-20 seconds, then back down (almost like HIIT). This sounds sustainable. When I started MFP I was eating 2,500 calories a day and was…

So it's okay to eat some of them back (I track all workouts with a Polar FT7 HRM)...if so I've been doing the right thing then asides from having calories set too low. :P

I appreciate the advice. Maybe I shouldn't put the carriage before the horse and drop my calories so low. Thank you WBB55.

I just put my information into the IIFYM calculator and it's the same exact numbers as Scooby's.

My TDEE is between 3387 & 3005 (first number being 3 to 5 hours of exercise, second being 1-3 hours of light exercise) So what I'm collecting from what you've said is I should probably bump my calories up a little more so I'm above my BMR (which is 2,185 Scooby's Calculator (deadly close to MFP's averages).? ...and yes...I…

Bump, getting buried under 1,200 calorie posts.

Do what you feel comfortable in. Who cares what others think? It's all their beliefs and perceptions anyways.

This Poor carbohydrates, they have gotten such a bad rep :(

Another company that's using people who use their products to reap the company more monetary gains. No different than IsoGenix, HerbaLife, Body by Vi, Shakeology or any of those products. Create a calorie deficit. Eat nutrient rich foods 90% of the time. Exercise daily (20-30 minutes) and you will see results. Sure these…

Yes, this.

Nah, because honestly I always float between 1-3lbs difference in my weight range. I'll record the lowest number, say if I weight 257 and the next day I weight 258.5 I don't record that because I know numbers change daily. Usually after a week or so though I'll be down a little further than the lowest number recorded and I…

VLCD's are classified under "VSD". Very Stupid Decision. Eat at or right under your BMR and the weight will fall off slowly but surely.

Say exactly this to him. Be honest and forward. If he cares about you the least he could do is try to drop the weight for you. He doesn't have to change but he should understand by him not being compliant it's pushing you away from him.

This. Also if you have the insurance and or money to afford one GO AND GET A SLEEP STUDY. You will be surprised at what bad sleep can cause vs. good sleep. I went and found out I have OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea). Also you do not have to be overweight to have sleep apnea (some people have it because of deviated noses,…

23 (24 in June) Graphic Designer 5'11 / CW: 258 SW: 270 / Trying to lose 60-75lbs. I like lifting weights, p90x3, insanity. I eat very similar to IIFYM. I really dig hardcore punk (late 80's, early 90's hardcore---JUDGE, Youth of Today, Life of Agony---It's a long shot but may as well throw it out there).

Body weight fluctuates. Water weight can cause us to show a 1-5lb increase or decrease on the scale. | Also refer to my questions to ask yourself up above. -bxd

findingjanell, Have you taken pictures? Have you taken measurements? If you said no to either of those two, start now. Don't use the scale as the end-all be-all of your fitness journey. How have you been feeling lately (emotionally, physically - stronger, better?) Are you clothes fitting better? Are you hitting your…

Just remember you can't exercise out a bad diet or binge / cheat / caloric surplus. I mean technically if you literally worked out those 10,000 calories. It could be water retention to be honest with you. Those nachos are probably LOADED with sodium, which that excess sodium will make you hold water weight. Do you take…

This is amazing and inspiring especially for anyone who says it can't be done because of surgeries, ailments or conditions. Keep going.
