Good job!!! I want so badly to run in the morning, but I just don't seem to be able to get up. I used to run in the mornings and it set a great stage for the whole day. Maybe I will set that as a goal for next week. :happy: Ugh, those darn candy and sweets. I am thankful that today is Healthy Snack Tuesday at work today…

I am so glad you went in to the gym to do this!! I have also decided that I will not look at what the plan is for that day, I am going to just turn it on and do what she says to do. That way I will not think about how hard it is going to be. Good job!!!

I am in. I started W1D1 last night, so I guess I will do Sun, Tues and Thursday, and see if I need to do any repeats on the weekend to stay on track.
