I was just able to make 25 minutes today! I just sort of started on my own instead of using the couch to 5K but it's probably taken about that long to get here too. Good Luck on your run! You'll do great!

I bought mine used from a friend for $50... i think it's a ProForm and it's works great. I would take a look at Craigslist... not sure if I would buy new.

I wish I could find a lower calorie tortilla that I actually liked. I've tried the La Tortilla Factory ones, but they just seem kind of cardboardy. how do you burn off 3500 calories a week? I workout 5 times a week for about 40-45 minutes each time, am watching what I eat and have not lost not one pound. It's been over a month since I started excercising to Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones.
