thank you so helpful, do you have any updates? how much did you lose in the 3 weeks? also it's so helpful when people share how much they weigh and their height. i am 150 trying to get to 125ish. a 10 pound drop is a huge accomplishment for anyone, but more difficult when you get close to your "recommend" bmi.

Apple products are for people who can't operate Android and Windows. I have to add that it's for people that MUST not know any better why pay more for an inferior product. the phones i mean. yoga is horrible n weird. salsa dancing bites am i the only one that hates this?

Do NOT go with assets, they don't work and they roll. and i agree with the hook to your bra thing i don't like my back fat showing. i also recently tried flexees corset thingie to hide my tummy and back fat and i was happy.

Then don't you go over protein? Does anyone have sample days where they are right on point? i'm at 1200 can't keep under protein and sugar.

I'm confused about the sugar thing too. on weight watchers some sugars count and some don't like you can eat all the veggie soup you want, but things like carrots and sugar snap peas should be counted. all i know is most of us are not here from eating too many fresh veggies and fruit.
