I have to cut out a lot of bread, pasta, flour and all gluten as i have ibs it effects me pretty badly as much as i do love them. Stoked to see so many people doing Insanity!! I've done two rounds so far starting my 3rd today. Month two does get easier the first week in month 2 kills me every time and the first time I did month two I took so many breaks but second time less just keep pushing through so far ive lost 37lbs :)

If i'm really busy I just make some egg cups.... muffin tray one egg in each hole, throw in some vegetables and bake. I like it as it's easy simple and are good on the go plus two muffins gives me protein without any carbs from bread or cereal. It so is! I love it i did one full round and lost 10kgs pretty much 20lbs but stuffed up round two so restarting on monday. It takes dedication and pushing through. I dont do the calories it recommended for me as i wasnt losing weight i changed them n woolah so listen to your body n make adjustments where needed :)

Do you have a heart rate monitor that can tell you your calorie burn? If you don't have a look for some online calculators :)then enter it in manually.
