Main long term goal is to get down to 60kg then decide if I want to go lower so 17kg's to go to get to that point. Short term goals: -Get to 70kg. -Push harder each time I do insanity. -Motivate my partner Eventually I want to do C25K and build up to running. I suppose another long term goal.

Cardio Recovery ~ Done!. My legs were so wobbly at the end of the pulses I thought they were going to give out hahaha. The easiest way would be to see how it works for you if your losing weight and inches then stick with it but if your gaining or not getting anywhere eat more. The first time I did it I thought i was going to die... having taken a few weeks off before starting round two it's once again a challenge but keep pushing through it gets easier each time come month two you will probably be flying through it!

Plyometric cardio circuit done wow it's been awhile was a pile of sweaty mess after hahaha my calves are on fire n legs feel like jelly time for a much needed shower but so had to share! :)

I'm keen! I'm actually planning on starting on Monday too! I have my protein power and everything ready to go can't wait will be round two for me but moved to a new city so took a few weeks off to settle my family in so time to get back into it... oddly enough I miss it :)
