I get it a little, but mostly because I'm on an iron supplement. I add a serving of clear Metamucil to my last drink of the evening.

I'm 38DD. Tried on a Moving Comfort one once, and bust right out of the velcro. Now I do a regular underwire and a bra I found at Nordstrom's Rack for most workouts. I add a top with a built-in if I'm running.

All of them. I'm a fruit addict, apples, bananas, all berries (except black...just can't get past that core!). I think raspberries are my all time favorite though. I love squash, and tomatoes picked from my plants and warmed by the sun.

Everything from the store Athleta. Their "sized" pants only go to 14/16. I want to be able to fit into those without squeezing in.

I was strict for the first month just to kick my cravings. I do go over occasionally... holidays, weddings, etc...but even on those days I'm conscious about what and how much I'm eating and log all of it as best as I can.

I hate to say it, but I haven't been up to Gooseberry in about a year. It is a fantastic loop to the lake and back. Lately I've been going more north to Temperance for my hiking adventures.

I make my own "protein" bars. They are more like carbs bars. Just do it!! Especially if it's your first one. Run/jog what you can...walk in between. That's what I did for my first one. Now I sign up for the same one every year so I can get a check on my time on the same course. Most of those neon/color/midnight/glo runs are for fun anyway!! Just get a friend and have a good time.

I have DD and they get in the way of EVERYTHING! It's hard to find tops that fit well..most I have to go up a size, then they are tight on top, baggy on the bottom. And, when I lose weight, very little of it comes from that area. I would love to be a C..heck, I would just love to be able to go bra-less without my boobs…

I do intervals (especially on the elliptical) but mostly, I watch an episode of something on my iPad (use to be iPhone). Most gyms have wifi so it works really. I'd be watching the same episode at home on my butt otherwise. I watch "hour" shows, which are about 43 minutes...so it works great for a 45 min workout.

I can't contribute any weight loss directly to paddleboarding...it's only been warm enough for about three days so far this summer. Been out twice and hope to get out again today. It's not a suer good calorie burn unless you really push yourself, but I think it's great for muscle endurance. I'm usually out for a few hours…
