I've been doing yoga 1-3 times a week for 5 months and have been thinking of trying. Would a beginner be able to complete the class? Also do you still do Shavasana?

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this but there's always low cal cocoa! I have 1 big cup every morning with a packet of low cal (25 cal) cocoa and skim milk and it tastes great!

I agree that oatmeal is a great quick breakfast and will keep you full longer. Also I agree with getting rid of the shake, it's not doing much for your appetite. I'm super hooked on jello! Also the low sugar instant oatmeal is the perfect breakfast, quick and easy and keeps my full way longer than toast or cereal. I've also gotten some of those cinnamon sugar graham crackers for a sweet, crunchy snack.

I log my breakfast and my lunch since I pack my lunch and know what I'll be eating. Then when I come home I'll log whatever I have for dinner.
