Simplest way and very tasty... Salmon sprinkle with a little salt and black pepper, top with lemon juice wrap it in foil and cook for 25 mins!

Weight - 128lb Height 5'5" Thighs - 20.5" Calves - 13" Waist - 25" BF - not entirely sure approx. - 19-20% my goal is about 15% :) I have muscular legs but I always think they look really big - not sure if that's just me :(
