It may just be you, love! I doubt they look big . . . I'm finally seeing my own legs as beautiful, and while I still have a ways to go, I'm 5" shorter than you, and my thighs are 4" bigger, and my calves are 2" bigger .0 -

I guess people are measuring their thighs at the very widest part, i.e. at the very top (for me anyway!)
on the whole people seem to be around the same measurement, but there are a few rogue ones that make me say WHOA! (16 inch THIGH anyone??)

Wow! You guys give me hope! I've been freaking out over my thighs, but didn't know what was normal. I'm 5'2", 235 lbs, Thigh is 26" and calf is 18" I probably will shrink more over the next 80 lbs lost.1

thigh (smaller one, mine are about a half inch apart...which probably explains why I have two different shaped hips): 25-25.5"
calf: 15.75-16", depending on if I measure before an 8 hour shift or after! hehehe.
I feel I should note that I've lost a little over 20lbs already, and my starting measurements were a 28" thigh (at the biggest) and a 16.5ish" calf (at biggest as well). Since I'm still looking to lose at least 50lbs, I'm aiming for a sub-21" thigh and a sub 15" calf. I don't know if that's possible for my body personally, but I'm certainly looking forward to trying.0 -
