Women's average THIGH and CALF size! What's yours?

    BF - not entirely sure approx. - 19-20% my goal is about 15% :)
    I have muscular legs but I always think they look really big - not sure if that's just me :(

    It may just be you, love! I doubt they look big . . . I'm finally seeing my own legs as beautiful, and while I still have a ways to go, I'm 5" shorter than you, and my thighs are 4" bigger, and my calves are 2" bigger :smile:.

    I haven't done my body fat % and I don't trust the calculators online.

    It has taking me 4 months to lose 2" in my thighs. Never ending battle. :laugh:

    Your goal weight? For 5'9" that would make you UNDERweight. 129 is the standard lowest weight for your height.

    Just started a 5 week programme to lift heavier, my stats as of last Tuesday are:

    12th June 2013

    Height: 5ft 4in
    Weight: 118lbs

    Right arm: 10in
    Left arm: 10in
    Chest: 34.5in
    Waist: SM 27.5in BB 29in
    Hips:33.5in
    Bum: 36in
    Right thigh: 21.5in
    Left thigh: 21.5in

    Just realised there is no calf measurement - sorry!

    I guess people are measuring their thighs at the very widest part, i.e. at the very top (for me anyway!)

    on the whole people seem to be around the same measurement, but there are a few rogue ones that make me say WHOA! (16 inch THIGH anyone??)

    Ok, here are mine:

    123lb
    5'6"

    Waist 25.5" (on a good day)
    Hips 36"
    Thigh 21.25" (only ever measure the right one)
    calf 13.75"

    My calves are VERY muscly, can be quite unladylike! my thighs are quite strong but I do have fat pockets on the inside though which is killing me and I want to get rid of!

    Wow! You guys give me hope! I've been freaking out over my thighs, but didn't know what was normal. I'm 5'2", 235 lbs, Thigh is 26" and calf is 18" I probably will shrink more over the next 80 lbs lost.

    5'4" (on a good day)

    177-ish lb

    thigh (smaller one, mine are about a half inch apart...which probably explains why I have two different shaped hips): 25-25.5"
    calf: 15.75-16", depending on if I measure before an 8 hour shift or after! hehehe.

    I feel I should note that I've lost a little over 20lbs already, and my starting measurements were a 28" thigh (at the biggest) and a 16.5ish" calf (at biggest as well). Since I'm still looking to lose at least 50lbs, I'm aiming for a sub-21" thigh and a sub 15" calf. I don't know if that's possible for my body personally, but I'm certainly looking forward to trying. :D
