Women's average THIGH and CALF size! What's yours?

Thighs:27 3/4"
Calf: 16.5"
My body fat calculators are all over the place- from 33% to 42%. I am obese.
However, in the past month both my thighs and calves have shrunk! yay1 -
Height: 5' 6.5"
Weight: 128 lb.
BF: 22.5-26.5% depending on who you ask
Thigh: 22"
Calf: 14.5"

Which is not to say that real women have curves, so if you don't you're SOL. Just love what you've got.0 -
I currently weigh 12 stone 5 pounds, about 173lbs.
My calves: 17 inches.
Thighs : 27 inches.
The women in my family tend to have bigger thighs and calves, even when slim so I think genetics play a part also.0 -

I'm back to training again. I'd really like my calves to be bigger as they seem proportionately small compared to my quads and my frame size.0 -

I'm trying to find the average thigh and calf sizes for women online and found nothing substantial to compare myself to. I am bottom heavy and my goal is to fit in regular rain boots but am unsure what the standard calf size is for women. I want a number to set my goals to! Here are my stats:

My Thighs are 21" and calves are 14.5". So we are twins!
Uh, not quite. I am 5'6" and 190 lbs!
And I'm quite sure you don't have a 35 inch waist!
Do I get the prize for most disproportionate?
I Love my long (34" inseam)lean and muscled legs I inherited from my 6'3" father
Not so thrilled with the short thick waist I inherited from my 5'2" mother

I don't want to know! I've always had big thighs and calves my entire life! ANDDDD I'm only 4'10" which makes it worse
Anyone have exercise suggestions for slimming down thighs (especially inner) and calves?? I desperately could use some advice! I already do squats, inner and outer thigh press machine, sometimes lunges...0
