  • My sleep pattern is erratic but mostly sleep by 11pm and wake up at 6am. I add one boiled egg to the banana for my pre-run meal. Also I add either black beans or green peas, both high in protein, to my post-run meal. So far so good! Thank you all!
  • Sleep pattern is erratic but mostly go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 6am. I started eating back my exercise calories and I feel much better now! I also eat one boiled egg in addition to the banana in the morning. And eat black beans or green peas as part of my post-run meal. Thank you all for your insight!
  • I hear you! I still don't know how to deal with the days that I oversleep though! But eating every two hours, yeah it does seem like eating is all I do!
  • I am aiming for 154lbs but when I reach 160lbs it will still be worth it. Currently should be about 180?? my weighing scale is not working, but starting weight was 183lbs.
  • Thank you everyone for the insight! This really helps. I am working towards having all my meals for the week pre-planned, that way, I know exactly what to eat and when!
