My boyfriend and I are going to PF Changs next Wednesday for dinner and I am definitely going to cheat for that meal. It's the first time I'll have "cheated" since starting my diet over a month ago and I am very excited about it.

I'm trying to stay around 1,000 calories a day. My doctor says this is fine as long as I stay within 200 calories either way. Thanks for the encouragement. :)

I try to not go to Starbucks or other coffee places too often because they're just so darn expensive but when I do want a treat from Starbucks I get their shaken black tea (unsweet). It's a little different tasting than normal iced tea and has no calories, fat, carbs or anything else. I love it!

Thanks, everyone! I'm really excited to continue my journey. I want to lose about 75 more pounds. I can't wait to be able to wear whatever I want and not feel ashamed when I look in the mirror. I went back home this past weekend and got a bunch of compliments on how I look now. I can't wait for what the future holds. :)
