I am not hungry today. I had 2 cheese sticks and some almonds earlier because I like to eat light in the morning just to get something in me to start the day off. Usually by now I'm ready for lunch but I'm just not. It's been almost 6 hours since I've had the cheese sticks. Should I force myself to eat?
