Egg question

I'm trying to figure out how many calories will be in my scrambled eggs in the morning. There are so many choices on the food database. I'm going to have 2 scrambled eggs. The whole egg, not just the whites but still...how do I pick? I'm not going to use any oil or anything in the pan other than 1 short spray of nonstick cooking spray. So confused, help!

I usually just use the egg option (not scrambled or fried, etc..) i also use no oil or anything when I make them scrambled. I believe it is 70 calories and 6gm protein for 1 large egg.

1 large egg (approx 60g) is 70 cals, so you'd be looking at 140clas.

There is a "raw egg' listing in the database that is 70 calories per egg. I use that whenever I make eggs because I know it's accurate, and if I'm adding anything additional to cook it in (oil or butter, etc) then I'm going to log that separately anyway.

You can either add the ingredients (2 x raw egg, spray oil) to your diary or you can add them into the recipe calculator.
For anything that has more than 2 ingredient, the recipe calculator is really handy - you just list all the ingredients, note now many servings it will make and then it is there in your diary ready to use again another day.

This, I tend to use the recipe calculator, as they are all there for your own personal use and if you eat them often it saves you typing out everything :)

So I have a scrambled egg, using 7g clover light spread, and 3 eggs, if I use 2 or 4 eggs I can adjust serving size :)

that is good to know. I didn't even know there was such a tool. I guess I should check more stuff out on the site.
