I'm a little taller 5'4.5 but have the same issues. My bone frame is so small compared to others and I'm 117 lbs. People tease cause they say I don't need to lose weight but in high school I was 98 and looked fairly normal. But I carry all my weight in my lower body and it just doesn't look right.

Yeah I think I'm all out of boobs. nothing else left to take. So it's time for the fat to fall off the thighs. Dieting can be so frustrating sometimes but hopefully in the end it all balances out.
