I have not had an ounce of gluten/wheat or dairy since the 4th of July. I feel so much better without it and its not that difficult to go off of when you get used to it. Ditch the sugar and the substitutes. Honey is the way to go! :)

No eating past a certain time helps. Also, eating later in the day isn't so great because you are less likely to burn off the calories. Io if you are going to snack, make sure it's negative calorie foods. :)

Honestly, I find banana chips disgusting. I make dehydrated bananas and they taste sooooo much better and they are not deep fried.

Popcorn is my all time low-calorie snack! I oil pop mine and do not put any salt or butter on it and I still love it!
