Ok trick is put more water in than is needed originally then after you have cooked it add the protien. I use "ON" Protien or "Dymatize" which mixes very well. I have tried Reflex...... Never again....

Train with heart and pride, eat healthy but most of all enjoy yourself. Everything else will just fall into place. :)

Depends on your bodyfat percentile I'm 5.7 and I am 152lbs now I would put myself down to 10% to 10.5% body fat and thats on a muscular frame. If you are that low without muscle mass then I would highly advise that you stay at 145lbs as your probably at about 6-7% body fat and that's hard to sustain. Or better yet eat more…
