I still have trouble running,until someone told try the treadmill 1st. I am running further each week and will return to outdoors running with the dog. He loves being out but hates me running lol

I buy innocent smoothie which I love, no way i could drink it in the morning which triggered my heartburn. I tend to have it now and again hours after i get up.

i used to drink milk to try and get rid of heartburn as I used to find it soothing not realising I am making the problem worse. oh wow brilliant advice everyone :-) I cant stand yogurt to me it tastes like milk gone off yuk :sick: I have advoided fruit juice unless its hours later .. I hadn't a clue what my weight was supposed to be at my hight, and like any sensible person I checked with my doctor before taking on any diet/exercise. Lucky for me I only needed to lose 2 stone.
