My wedding rings fit again

Once a week on the same day or once every two weeks. If I go two weeks weighing every week and don't loose I stop weighing for a month so i don't get discouraged. I try to go by how my clothes fit more then the scale because it fluctuates so much,

All of my "Skinny" jeans are Lucky's or Levi's. I still have some to loose to get back into them. Right now I wear whatever is affordable since I'm losing weight.

Do what you can at your pace and build up to the whole workpout at the high intensity. I'm doing P 90X and I just go at my own pace for as long as I can. When I started I could only do about 10 minutes now I am up to between 20 and 30 minutes of it.

I am in the same boat. I look up workouts on youtube and do them. I have had the same problem with getting healthy then falling back into old habits then losing weight in unhealthy ways. Now I am trying to get healthy and lose the weight through exercise and eating better.

I like slicing up onions and bell peppers. Before I put them on the grill I use a little bit of olive oil and Mrs. Dash seasoning (they are salt free and there are a bunch of different flavors so I can change it up) then I just grill them. I've had shingles and know how bad they hurt so I doubt you even feel like moving. I would say just make sure to watch your calories and drink your water. Resting is important if you try to much you'll be down even longer, rest and get your strength back.
