I am 5'3 187lbs, 29 years old. I mostly just walk for now due to issues with my ankle and hip on one side.If I do anything else I do yoga and things that are lower impact. Im hoping to get to jogging/ running again once I lose enough weight the pain isnt unbearable durning higher impact workouts.

I you find out let me know lol. Ive lost 14 lbs from my heaviest and I see it in my face and calves but not my stomach and upper legs. I jog and walk a lot along with cruches,situps and ab isolations and the fat just seems to stay put in my midsection.

I got into single digit pants today. I was a size 12 when I stated this. Granted the pants are tight and not to comfy but there on AND buttoned. Two weeks ago I could get them on but not buttoned!!

The same thing I do every weekend...Try and take over the worl. lol Just kidding. I hsve company coming in from out of town and we're just hanging out. She uses MFP too so we'll probably TRY to eat healthy and get our workouts in.

It doesnt get to me because I know they have trainers and nutritionists and doctors there plus they work out probably 10 times more then we do. While they're there they only have to focus on weight loss, while those of us out here in the real world have other things to do.

I have always done well on High protein low carb, but it's hard to follow for me. The first time i did after having my second child I lost 17 pounds the 1st month. Now I just eat better carbs and less of them.

I have lost18lbs and my pants are extremly baggy but next size down is super tight so I think it depends on where you are losing weight first. I have lost a lot in my arms, back, and lower legs, but not as much in my hips and waist so I think thats the reason I have issues with pants not fitting..yet.

I'm 5'3 and 160lbs. I try and keep my calories around 1200 a day some times a little more or less depending on exercise and activity level that day.

I put on Pandora on shuffle. I have everything from the Oldies to Country to Hard Rock and Alternative
