Hi everyone Im 25 years old and currently weigh 203 down from 211 in one week. I have been doing really well changing my eating habits and I am ready to make that lifesytle change to a healthier one. I can admit I am an obsessive weigher I need to work on that I weigh myself everyday! And even more because I cant wait to see the 1 hundreds. So here we go looking for support and looking to give some good luck!

  • :grumble: Trying to stay on top of this fitness pal thing so I can loose these 25 lbs. Finding myself eating to many calories in the morning and then starving at dinner - then i eat too much. Self control is out of control!! Help!!!

    load up on fruits and veggies, they are better for you and you can eat a lot more for fewer calories. :)

    Welcome aboard! I'll warn you ahead of time that you're not going to see numbers that high in one week ever again, most likely. :wink: Don't get discouraged! Just keep at it and eventually it'll all come off. :) Feel free to add me if you'd like a friend.
