Hi everyone Im 25 years old and currently weigh 203 down from 211 in one week. I have been doing really well changing my eating habits and I am ready to make that lifesytle change to a healthier one. I can admit I am an obsessive weigher I need to work on that I weigh myself everyday! And even more because I cant wait to see the 1 hundreds. So here we go looking for support and looking to give some good luck!

:grumble: Trying to stay on top of this fitness pal thing so I can loose these 25 lbs. Finding myself eating to many calories in the morning and then starving at dinner - then i eat too much. Self control is out of control!! Help!!!0

load up on fruits and veggies, they are better for you and you can eat a lot more for fewer calories.0

Welcome aboard! I'll warn you ahead of time that you're not going to see numbers that high in one week ever again, most likely. Don't get discouraged! Just keep at it and eventually it'll all come off. Feel free to add me if you'd like a friend.0
