Hi ladies - my goal weight is 120 lbs as of right now. I am currently hovering around 143-145 lbs.
I haven't been my goal weight in six years, which was pre-college. I have obviously matured since then and realize that it may not be a realistic or a healthy goal weight for me, but I will keep shooting for the stars and see how I feel along the way. I would not mind NOT reaching my goal weight as long as I'm getting fit in the process. I am a cream puff when it comes to strength training at the moment and my arms are my biggest dissatisfaction.0 -
Hello! My goal is 130. I'm 5'3" and had allowed myself to gain far too much weight. I was at 231 in November 2011. I started trying to lose weight beginning January 2012, but had many moments where I just stalled along the way. I'm now at 155. I have just really begun exercising on a regular basis, so I'm hopeful!0

I am currently at 169 and I am 5'3" 6 months ago I was very in shape i had lost weight starting at 190 to 145 then I stopped working out. I have always been a smaller person until I had my daughter. now my goal is to be 130-135. Once I reach that I may see if I want to drop more but I am not dead set on anything smaller then 130 right now.0

I am 5' 2.5 " and 122 lbs.
I dont have a goal weight, which is probably not a good thing. I think at the moment its all about control for me; I control the calories I eat and exercise as often as possible (which with my busy life isn't often enough) and try to increase my running pace or distance each time. If I don't exercise or eat too many calories I don't like it.0 -

I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is around 130. I try to keep my goals something other than weight most of the time though. Like right now I have a goal outfit for this moment in time. The shirt fits but is really snug and uncomfy; the pants go up but I can't button them. So when I can get into the outfit comfortably I will set another goal similar to it. I have a friend trying to lose weight as weel and her goal is to be able to walk from one hole to the other while playing golf and not get winded. I think goals like these are more positive and encouraging then watching the numbers on the scale.0

I'm 5'4 and currently weight 140 (started at 196 a year ago). My goal weight is 110 to 115. But I'm trusting the mirror more than the scale. I learned the hard way that the scale is just depressing lol0

5'4 and aiming for 130-140. Currently sitting at 150.8lbs. I have a large frame and my healthy range is between 134 to 151. Though I've been 130 when I was 20 years old, and was over all healthy. I'd be happy at 140 though since I do have a large frame.0

I'm just shy of 5'4" Here are my stats:

My body really likes 150 lbs. so it's been very hard to get to my goal weight. I'm at my goal size (at the time I thought it would be unrealistic size 6 ... I would have been happy with an 8 at the beginning of my journey). No one would ever guess I weigh as much as I do.0 -

I'm 5'3 and my goal is somewhere between 170-180. I was at 178 a couple of years ago and felt wonderful, and was comfortable in my own body. Then, I felt that I could go down to 170 and still feel comfortable, but too much below that and I, personally, would feel too small and un-proportioned to my body structure (I am very muscular under all this "padding", and always have been).0

5"3 first goal 140, second 130. I'll see how I look there, 8 lbs to go. But, I've been much lighter and still very fit. So I'll probable end up somewhere between 130 or 120.0

I am 5'3.5", and was 151, now I an 134. Goal is to be about 110 - 120. I will know better when I get closer. It has more to do with my inches though. I want to get rid of the 35 inch tummy. I want it to be 24 to 28 as that is what is healthier for me, and was attainable once before in my adulthood.0
