not sure about that, but back when I had a personal trainer he said drinking crystal light or the like was just as good as drinking water. I put one tub in a gallon of water each day of the wal-mart brand of such and it works well because plain water is jsut sooo... boring!

The LC site can be a pain, but if you go to the individual dinner's tab there is the nutrition info there... but its just the basic kinda info. The only real way to figure all the portions out would be to individually weight them and go by their individual calories/sugars/etc e.g. look up cinnamon apples in the database…
