I would have thought 1700 calories would have been a good starting point.Each time you plateau,drop a hundred.1200m is far too low to start with.

You wont lose a pound a day :) I don't lose any more weight doing keto than I eating normal food in a deficit.What I do find and the reason I do it is that it stops me binging on carbs,once I start on the sugary stuff I simply am unable to stop.Good luck :)

Zyzz 'isn't' a bodybuilder,he 'was' a bodybuilder.He took so many drugs that he overdosed.Not a good role model in my opinion.The link in your post leads to a page full of diet pills.

@ninerbuff am I correct in thinking that vegetable protein is an incomplete protein ? i.e it doesn't have essential amino acids ?

2 scoops mid afternoon and another 2 scoops mid evening.I've been doing it for years.I like to mix it thick and eat it like mousse.

I took it for a few months but didn't notice that it did anything for me.I took it 20 minutes before cardio hoping it would be noticeable but nothing.
