I have my bike on rollers. I just set up my computer in front of my bike in the winter and search Youtube for "Indoor Cycling Videos". My favorite is one that shows this guy going along beautiful mountain roads in Mallorca: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcsLSd3czKA And he has a ton more. Love pedaling in my basement but…

I had to conduct some training at a client of mine about 2 weeks ago. I hadn't seen them in 4 months. When the lady met me at the front lobby of the building, the first thing she said was "Holy *kitten*! You look great. Tell me your secret!".

Love Chipotle. I consider it healthiER, but not as healthy as most stuff I eat. It's not anywhere near as bad as McDonalds, in my opinion. I have it a few times a month on days I have already put in an hour or two of exercise to counteract the calories.

I can tell she has a thing for 3-foot tall green guys with lightsabers. Probably likes older men like me - hundreds of years old.
-
I love hummus. I use it often in place of mayo on my sammich. Even though it packs the calories, I exercise enough to counteract. And it's much healthier than some of the carp it replaces.

Twinkies, HoHos, all those pre-processed pre-packaged sweet things you get at your local gas station.

My great great great grandmother used to make this when my ancestors first migrated to the US from Elbonia.

I live in a nudist colony. What are these "panties" you speak of? I don't understand.

Lost 30 lbs: Check Feel great: Check Conquer a medium sized South American country and have them bring you pina coladas on the beach: Next month... Congrats!

I had the same quandary, but then I realized how MFP works. I'd say sedentary, since your job is a desk job. MFP will calculate your net calories goal based on that. Then you enter your 1-mile walk as exercise, and enter your ballet as exercise, and MFP subtracts those exercise calories from the food you ate, so it factors…

NO! YOU ARE WRONG AND SILLY FOR THINKING THIS. PEOPLE HERE ARE NOT MEAN. IF YOU THINK THAT, YOU ARE INFERIOR TO US ALL! **Just kidding.** Just ignore the haters. As long as you can tell the difference between constructive criticism and ignorant hateful comments, you'll do okay. Whether you are trying to lose 1 pound or 200…

I did that in the last 2 months. I've been losing about 0.3 pounds per day, which comes out to about 0.13 kg per day. I definitely was overweight, so I had the room to lose it. But it wasn't easy. 1) I used MFP and was placed on a 1200 calorie per day plan. 2) I have gone to the gym and done running and biking for 1 hour…

I bought a Gary Fisher Zebrano hybrid bike about 9 years ago. It is still going strong after a few thousand miles. It only cost about $450 at the time, and I see the new one online is around $550. I mainly bike on roads, but there have been times I've had to go on dirt or crushed gravel for a bit, and if you do any of…

Redhead- I had to look it up too. Looks like one of those Insanity workout programs that you see advertised in the infomercials. I'll pass on that, but love to keep track of my walks, runs, and bike miles with this group.

Please invite me. My plan is an average of 10 miles per day on my gym's bike, and 4-5 miles per day running outside or on treadmill, depending on weather. I'm in a competition for the gym bike, and if I can hit 300 miles for the month, I will probably win the competition. 1st place = $100 Trader Joes gift card, 2nd place =…

That I'm not really 3 feet tall, I'm not green, and I don't own a lightsaber. My son has a toy one though.

Love me my Indian food. Unfortunately wife and kids aren't crazy about it. But I'll try this out and just eat it all over a few days. I'm trying to be "more vegetarian", so this should help. Thanks!

I avoid beer except when making beer can chicken. I probably drink 4 or 5 beers a month. When I go out with friends, I go vodka and tonic or gin and tonic. Gotta pace myself, but those are pretty low calories compared to beer. Like 100 or less per drink. Less if you go for diet tonic.

Not sure if a small green guy with a lightsaber like me would look good in a bikini. They probably don't make them in my size...

Kale, avocado, and brussel sprouts. But not mixed together.

I like to either make my own granola (simply google for the recipe), or I get different granolas from the Whole Foods bulk section. Only down side is that it is high in cals. I'm on a 1200 calorie max, and I can easily waste half of that on just granola and milk. Luckily I hit the gym for 1-2 hours each day, so I can still…

I'm still wearing them. Don't have the money to buy a whole new wardrobe at once. Biggest problem is my jeans. I invested in a smaller belt, and at least they won't fall down, but they are definitely baggy.

Nice. My goal is to do that this fall. Up to 5 mile runs each day. If it works out, going to try for a marathon next fall.

I would like to obtain a body and face like Jennifer Aniston. I'm a guy, so by "obtaining", I'm assuming that I get a girlfriend with that body type, right? I would probably look kind of strange if my body type was the same as Jennifer's.

I agree with asking staff and researching, but check out this link: http://www.fitnessblender.com/v/article-detail/Weight-Machine-Workout-Routines-Printable-Gym-Workout-Plans/c2/ It gives you a basic plan and lists the machines so you can alternate between upper and lower body strength training. Print it out and ask the…

I have 2 pet peeves: 1) "If you have any questions, contact John or myself". Ugh. I can contact myself. You can contact yourself. She can contact herself. He can contact himself. We can contact ourselves. But you cannot contact myself. And I cannot contact yourself. "Self" is reflexive. Get it? I hear this every day at…

Never shaved my head completely, but I often have a buzz cut. Makes me more aerodynamic so I can type faster on these message boards. But seriously, I did shave my legs about 20 years ago when I was into competitive biking. Yes, it cuts down slightly on wind resistance, but for me the important thing was that it is better…
