Thank you for all of your input! I am really looking forward to trying one of those two shoes I am looking at. After reading a bunch of the reviews for the Merrell shoe, I am leaning towards that one. The two shoes are about the same price so that isn't an issue.

I'm a single mom of two girls (ages 6 and 3) and I workout at home. I don't have the option of going to a gym so I have some weights at home and workout program dvds that I use. I normally end up doing my workouts after they go to bed. That allows me time to spend with them since I also work full time.

30 Day Shred will do a good job on chiseling away a waist line. Just keep your calories in check and don't eat back your exercise calories and you will do great!
