I am going to try! I love to bike, but find my work schedule hinders how often I can get on the bike. I usually do 20-30 mile ride at a time..Thanks for setting up this challenge! I'm in!

I am back up again but I was not being careful. I will say what has helped me in the past was "food combining", (Eat fruit only with fruit, don't mix protein and starch, etc.) Look it up if you are interested, It worked for me...now I have to go back and do it again.

I just came back from vacation, and put on all my weight back. I don't have a lot to lose, but find I have to be diligent because I can put it on quickly. I want to lose 10 pounds. So sorry. I hate people like that! Just do not give up. Don't let people like that have power over you. Get a friend to walk with you for a little while, or walk early in morning before you have to get ready for work, if you need to build confidence again. Good luck!
