I love drop in classes. Fun and motivating. But try to switch it up, don't always do the same class. I like spin, weight class and yoga at the moment. I also run on my own as well.

Ive learned that making goals are great, but attaching time frames only sets you up for failure. Not every week you will lose that 1lb sometimes it will be less/more. Or even nothing. You could be doing everything you can, eating well/exercising/sleeping and still not see losses. Patience is a good goal.

This site has a wealth of information, take advantage. Recipes, support, muscle building.

I swear I eat all day. But yeah, skipping meals wont help you. Especially if you have a pretty active exercise schedule

Hi! You can add me if you like. Ill try to answer questions. You can peak at peoples diaries and get a look. Mostly I try to get a good amount of protein, fruits and veggies, and dairy. Limit carbs. And drink enough water. Might want to substitute the flinstones for a womens vitamin (more calium, vitamin D, folic acid…

I think that if you are getting better sleep, logically you will have more energy/motivation to work out and track your calories. So I don't see why you would gain if you keep with it.

Most days alcohol isn't worth the calories, but Ive never been a big drinker.
-
This and I don't ever want to go back to my self-conscious, negative self ever. Its only up from here.
-
Yeah Im not sure I will ever be done...
-
So does that mean hot yoga is also a haux?
-
Ohhhhh definitely the greek yogurt covered caramel popcorn from Costco.. Buuuut I earned it by going to bikram yoga, so am I really feeling guilty about it? Maybe, but only because I should have eaten more protein instead.
-
I try to keep myself busy. It helps to not think about food all day. If I do want a treat, I will get on the treadmill for 30min if I need to.
-
I think I consider "junk" anything that is any food that is highly processed or unnecessary in order to fill my macro/micro nutrients. Am I going to cut all "junk food" out of my diet, hell no. Everything in moderation.

130 is totally attainable if you set your mind to it. You can add me too!
-
Breakfast is my favourite meal, how interesting that people differ in preferences. I would probably be very cranky and sleepy if I skipped breakfast.
-
At least you have boobs, unfortunately I lost them somewhere along the way. :grumble: Thighs and hips I still have.

32lbs is AMAZING! Just take things one small goal at a time, looking at the big picture makes everything seem more daunting. One day at a time or one meal at a time. Set small goals like: drinking eight glasses of water, reducing sodium intake, eating x amount of fruits/veg/protein/grain per day.
-
I am soooo a pear. :) Ive lost 30lbs so far. ETA: Unfortunately I cant spot reduce my *kitten* hahaha. Everything just shrinks equally
-
Eating whole foods helps to stay under your calories and keeps you full for longer. These tend to be lower in calories than processed foods. Protein, lots of protein. Goodluck!
-
Hahah, I hate you all......
-
I think that's a great answer :)
-
This and because I probably would be that girl that gets attached and then crashes and burns. Soooo Ill save myself some trouble and just avoid it.
