Best of luck, hope it gets better. I just started trying the Kettle bell in one exercise, and so far can only do 10 increments. I swim the breast stroke to keep my torn rotator going.

I eat 30-60 minutes prior and usually eat special K. I say it depends on what you can handle, I get dry heaves working out on an empty stomach.

Only a fool thinks they're smarter than a doctor. Talk to your family doctor, he/she can prescribe something, give it a chance. Don't let this get worse.

Feet; need good arch support + stretch those achilles tendons from the arch all the way up the calves. Knee buy a velcro band and place just under the knee, sure helps me while doing Zumba carrying this excess weight. Try to jog on grass or dirt path.

don't eat white potatoes; eat yams & sweet potatoes. only eat multi grain or wheat pasta; I try to limit this to once a month.

I'd go for YOU wearing tank top/muscle shirts with skin tight jeans and nice sandals I pretty much wear tank top & shorts year round, as it doesn't get that cold here & I go to the gym 5 days out of 7 so that's my workout clothes also.

You'd be better off eating beans than rice & noodles. Yogurt & frozen fruit. Frozen stir fry veggies (but I nuke them) Check out your local meat store for low fat meats on mark down, they mark them down daily. Fish, tofu. Watch the sale ads for marked down chicken, turkey.

I'm sure there are volunteer group sessions around? Well to start off make yourself get up, and follow a good meal plan daily, also keep up the exercise it will make you feel better. Really too bad you're too stubborn to get professional help, you're playing with fire. good luck
