  • buy an envelope for Korean BBQ at your local oriental store. Follow the direction for mixing it, let it marinate with tofu overnight. Normally the tofu is cubed to bite size pieces. Add scallions & any other veggies you like, brown in a wok & serve. Tastes like steak, you'll never know the difference. ☺

  • get a softball place it over the sore spot, and keep rolling it over the muscle. It will get better. But for longer term, drink diet tonic water. Keeps the muscle cramps away. ☺

  • Yeah you say you eat between 1000-1500, I suspect 1000 is in starvation mode. And maybe 1500 is too much? What does the program say you should consume?
  • You're substituting food for the cigarettes, to relieve stress. Recommend exercises to retrain your mind set on the stress. It (stress) doesn't go away with food or smoking, you're just punishing yourself. Talk to a close friend, try deep breathing exercises, or cleaning spree. Anything to stop from harming yourself. ☺
