I buy frozen stir fry veggie blend, when I want some I pour a bowlful, nuke for 5 minutes (or steam), top with precooked chicken breast & mango salsa. tasty I buy tropical blend frozen fruit & dip into lite yogurt for a late afternoon snack, hits the spot.

sounds to me like you're under eating. Eat your full calories before exercise, you'll get it going.

Well your diary is private so all I can say is with added activity you earn more sugar, and I rarely go over or use all I earn, and I eat fruit daily.

I am a D also-oops make that DD, love JC Penney's front zip sports bra by Underscore. Yes it smooshes alittle bit but it's better than bouncing all over during Zumba. They're cheaper if you buy 2 or more online.

By stopping your soda habit you would first off lose 10 lbs, drink more water, make your dentist & teeth happy. And if you're drinking diet soda, well back to the retaining water problem due to all of the sodium. (ankles) And caffeine will dehydrate your organs.

I could see even before you wrote it that you were depressed. I'm sure two fold, first the baby, then the pain and lack of movement. Best wishes in your goal. ☺ It's hard to comprehend, but eventually it will be mind over pain as the dr's only prescribe for the pain for a short term.

ever watch biggest loser? They exercised constantly, and sometimes only lost 3 lbs. I'd love to lose that per week!

bump means keeping the subject on top. Sometimes I don't have time to eat all of my calories, like Monday nights, so I eat a fruit & seed bar, doesn't make up all of the calories, but I'm not left starving either.

Recently learned about Miso Soup, comes in a packet, add hot water. 35 calories & supposed to re energize.

I just started taking Solaray Forskohl ll so haven't seen any effects yet. Read about it in Yahoo health or Dr Oz.
