  • I use ground chicken a lot too. You can form a patty and mix any kind of flavoring in it! I even sometimes use taco seasoning to flavor the ground chicken and put it on a salad, like a taco salad. The trick is to be creative and think about it in advance helps too so you can be prepared.

  • I forgot to add that I happen to have something called "Magic Bullet". It is a small blending device that allows you to prepare the smoothie in a plastic cup and you just screw on a blade cover and it blends in seconds and you use the cup you blended it all in.   • He means Legumes which are beans, lentils and so on... I use black beans a lot. You add mexican spices and it tastes great with a side of chicken or thrown into a salad. Last night when we were finally allowed some rice, it tasted great mixed together with the chicken.
  • The same thing happened to me today. I had a 1/2 cup of beans with my chicken and today I was up a half a pound. I know it won't stay that way but I tend to stay bloated the next day. We are supposed to drink extra water on days like this and then you will be fine the following day.
