  • According to the new book if you weigh 202 lbs and are sedentary you need to consume 2424 calories just to go through the day. If you are doing insanity you add 600 = 3024 . From here you will subtract 500 if you want to loose weight = 2524. Accordingly you round down to 2500 calories a day. Happy Workouts :)
