Thanks for all the good advice drgndancer. I am trying to take it easy (though it's hard) and I did the ice. I'm going to try a compression bandage tonight and I'm going to rethink my choice in footwear (even though I don't have any foot/gait problems). Going to have my knee checked by a chiropractor tonight too. Hopefully…

Thanks guys! I'm using 1200 calories as a base and then eating back what I exercise. I'm one of those people who is always starving when they exercise!

Thanks so much everyone for the advice and kind words. I'm going to keep at it. I just happened to notice last night that my legs have firmed up a bit! If anything, I want to be healthier. If skinny doesn't come right away, then I need to accept that. I have to stop comparing myself to how I used to look when I was younger!
