Rats and ocassionally mice. Even if they're just on TV I feel physically sick. I think it's because when I was about 8 my brother put his pet rat in his pocket and started stroking my face with it's tail.

I'm losing the most weight from my thighs. I don't know how I do it but if it helps I do water aerobics and running a lot, the first week or so I gained inches on my thighs but after 3 weeks I've lost about 3 inches. When I'm at the gym I use the treadmill and cross trainers. I also rollerskate once or twice a week.

AlmstHvn: It is, it's harsh on your thigh and butt muscles though but worth it if you're not afraid of being hit and a few bruises!

I meant to say one or two classes a day not a week :D I know it's still early days, I just wanted to gain some kind of idea of what to expect even though it's different for everyone.

I'm not sure which one I did at my friends the other day, Bio Diesel was one of the girls. It's fantastic, things I thought were going to be easy definately pushed me but I felt great afterwards! I'm definately going to try yours!
