My husband and I have actually talked about it. I've gone from a 42DDD to barely filling a 38C. I don't think I'd go much bigger if any but a lift...hell yeah!

LOL, love it!

I'm 5'9 and I'm currently a 12 sliding in to some 10's. Coming from a sz 22 I'm thrilled although I am looking forward to a size 10, I might be able to wear some 8's when I reach my goal, I have 25 lbs but I think that'll be a little on the thin side for me.

OMG this wasn't even mentioned...sorry if PH doesn't sever anything I eat unless they have a salad bar. lmao people need to get a life

no ma'am, you are not being selfish. He needs to be more supportive imo. My husband would never talk to me that way and has been very supportive of me at my heaviest and now 20 lbs from goal. I don't eat pizza either, it's just not worth it and my stomach would prolly reject it anyways, lol

Goodness, I exercised at 265 lbs. You should be at least walking each day if you can't do something more physical that is. I too agree that slow and steady wins the race. It has taken me 2 yrs to lose 90 lbs and you'll have to deal w/your lose skin too (it sucks) so you'll help yourself out in that area if you lose slowly.…

my eyes, my hair, my long legs, my sense of humor :)

It is annoying, my gym has a no cell phone use policy unless you are in the lobby.

He's an asshat, he can't help it. But I agree, I prefer to workout in solitude myself. That's why the music is blasting in my ears.

Wow Jen, you should be so very proud of yourself!!!! You look amazing! Isn't it interesting what we put our bodies thru both mentally and physically. I find that I smile and laugh now like a crazy woman and I love it! I will send you a FR, let's see if we can push each other over the finish line :)

What happened to Mr C? Is he ok? 177.00 lbs 6.84% 13.0 lbs lost I'd like to get into the 160's very soon. I don't like the 170's any better than I liked the 180's, lol

I'm your Huckleberry :) sending you a FR

My wonderful husband has been researching this problem for me and has encouraged me not to give up, it can take 2 years for you skin to 'snap back into shape' and he read on several pages to apply Preparation H to bad areas. I have been doing this for about 5 days and I can actually tell a difference in my thighs, the…

They are all high in sodium but I choose the Sara Lee because it has no fillers, MSG, yada yada, seems to be the healthier of what they offer at WM

I'm 5'9 and larger framed (my ankle is 10") My start weight was 265 currently weighing in around 174. I have a % of body fat goal more than a weight/size goal, I'd like to be under 20%. I'm in a size 12 now. I have pictures on my profile but I've got to get to work at the moment.

Today is my one year anniversary w/MFP. Feel free to send me an invite :)

Absolutely agree! I have only had minimal fast food the last two years. I prefer to cook my foods myself. I don't even like to go out to eat anywhere. My best friend was talking about the 'Tour de France' plate at Olive Garden and I told her it would probably make me sick but to enjoy :) and this......I don't even mess…

welcome to MFP :) I will be on my journey for the rest of my life, I know I'll have to be to never get big again. Good luck to ya :)

I will shoot for posting something inspiring daily. How are the next challenges coming along?

Wow, great job! I am dealing with the extra skin issue too. After some research I have found that it can take upwards of two years for your skin to draw back up. I'm pretty sure I have some abs under my flabby belly, lol. Preparation H is known to shrink/draw skin back up too. (I'm trying it)

If you normally eat the 'high carb' foods like white potatoes, rice, bread, pasta I suggest cutting your carbs down. I have done Atkins and it is not the healthiest way to eat and your long term goal is to eat better so you keep the weight off...right? I still don't eat rice or pasta, they were never my favorites, I will…

Thank you milady :)

Yes please share :) I'd like to see another push up challenge myself

I go to PF and unless it's after 5pm it's not busy and I have never had to wait for a machine. I have never been to the pizza night since I don't eat it and didn't realize they had a smoking section for it. I prefer to light up a doobie before working out, I'm looking into something to give me that edge to go further...
-
I absolutely agree w/this ^^. I'm not working out right now due to an injury but I'm still losing around 2 lbs a week. I love the 30DS and I'm thinking of trying a different JM dvd in the near future.
